The Riptide can handle it all. The chassis's rugged yet sleek and stylish tube rails will accept a variation of mounting options including a traditional front-mount big bore V8 engine and transmission, a high revving mid-engine mounted super-car killer, and even a instant torque cranking electric motor for all those earth loving enthusiasts!

MY NAME IS Chris
My enthusiasm for vehicles first started in my small hometown of Morganfield, Kentucky, where I was surrounded by growling, high horsepower, mud trucks that ruled the country side. While living near Miami, my infatuation with six-figure supercars reigned supreme. I always dreamed of owning one car that could do it all. A reliable, road-legal car that would catch everyone's attention while cruising the streets. I wanted a car that could handle the track one weekend, setting new lap records, then tearing up the mountain or desert trails the next weekend by simply adjusting the suspension and putting on meaty tires. Thanks to the collaboration between Breakthrough Motors and 37 Fabrications, this dream of mine is now becoming a reality!
Chassis Features
The Riptide basic chassis specs: -Its made from USA made DOM -The main structure is made from 1.75” x 0.095” DOM -The bracing is made from 1.25” x .095” DOM -It weighed 330lbs (without the bulkheads or brackets)
POWER-TRAIN options
The Riptide was designed with a Honda power-plant in mind both 2WD and AWD options but can accommodate almost any K member style front engine cradle. A variety of V8’s with transmissions can fit up front for traditional front/back orientation. A Porsche or VW style rear engine configuration and suspension could also be set up. For those looking to push the limits custom brackets and suspension could be added for a mid engine V6 or V8 in the longitudinal direction with a variety of transaxle to choose from.
TURNKEY MODELS
The vision
Soon we will offer full turnkey models, giving you two cars in one. Each model will come with adjustable coilovers and A-arm placement brackets giving you two ultimate rides in one ready to go package. This build will allow you to go from a street-hugging, road-ripping, track car one day to a dirt-slinging, mountain-climbing, trail runner the next. Powered by Honda engines pumping out over 300whp all motor and easily getting 500whp with turbo or supercharged options. There will be a variety of Honda engines to choose from with either automatic or manual transmissions. The decision between 2WD (rear) or 4-wheel AWD is all up to your racing or trailing needs. Additional customization options include chassis and body color scheme, rim and tire combinations, full roll cage or topless options, adding A/C and heating, seats, steering wheels, sound systems, and so so much more. We will also offer package upgrades specific to your needs. For instance, a Track Package would include a front splitter, side skirts, rear diffuser, and wing. An Off-Road Package would include a winch, front and rear push bars, roof rack, and rock sliders.
